SHIPPING INFORMATION
We will dispatch your order within 2 working days but aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Where possible, we will continue to dispatch orders on non-working days to get your purchases to you as soon as possible. If there are any delays to our dispatch times, we will communicate these on the website.

Delivery Charge
All orders to UK Mainland & Isle of Man will be dispatched via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service where appropriate.
Standard Shipping - UK Mainland:
First class = £4.50
Second class = £3.50

We currently ship to UK Mainland, IoM and US Mainland. Shipping prices outside of the UK vary depending on the estimated weight of your parcel.

We are currently working on expanding our shipping locations - if your location isn't listed, please reach out via our contact form or via Email and we will research shipping prices to your location.
RETURN INFORMATION
Please contact us if you would like to return an item within 7 days of receipt. Postage will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or faulty.
Any returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive with us. We therefore recommend using a tracked/insured postal service.
A full refund will be issued on receipt of the returned goods providing they are in the original packaging and condition.
We will process any refund as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of the day that we receive the goods in question back from you.
